They charged me $19.85 twice, and after much virtual foot work I finally managed to contact an actual person. You see the charges list Ioed.com as the website and give this number 1.866.610.8416 as the contact. However, when you call that number all you get is a machine that loops if you don't have the phone number that you supposedly registered with. . . but since I never registered I had no phone number to put into it. . . (The real number is 1-818-887-6876)
